Samsung Smart Tv

If you have a Samsung TV with Smart technology, install the My Opera Player app on your computer. Once you have installed it, enjoying our productions will be very easy.

Please note:

• The application is only available for TVs from 2017 onwards, with Tizen operating system.
• Once your team is registered, all purchases you make on the website will be automatically reflected in the app. The app itself does not allow you to make purchases.
• We recommend that you connect your TV to the internet using a data cable and avoid Wi-Fi.
• You can only have one device linked to your account. If you want to register another one, you must first visit “MY ACCOUNT” and press “DISABLE TV.” From then on, you’ll need to repeat the process for the new device.

To install the app on your TV:

1. Press the button with the “house” icon on your remote control and a screen with multiple options will appear.
2. One of them usually has an icon with four circles inside, accompanied by the text “APPS”, click ok on that icon.
3. That’s when you will be shown the screen of the app store, go up with your controller until you reach the search icon, a magnifying glass, and press ok again.
4. Then type in My Opera and our icon will appear on the screen. Click on it and select install.
5. Once the app is installed (it will take a few seconds, tap Open.
6. The application will show a video in the Home section, use your remote to click on the Information option and several options will be displayed. Select VIEW. You’ll be offered several options, one of which is Enter pin. Enter yours, (always available in the MY ACCOUNT section of the website). From then on, the TV will be linked to your account, so while you have the subscription active, you can see the titles.

If you are already registered with My Opera Player:

1. Open the app on your device.
2. Select the work you want and click on the “VIEW” button.
3. The app will give you the option to enter your pin. You will find it by accessing the website with your phone, tablet or computer, in the “MY INFORMATION” section.
4. Once you enter the pin, the application will link this device to your account and you will be able to see the contents contracted. You can check it by visiting “MY ACCOUNT” once the computer is activated, where your TV ID will appear.

If you are not yet registered with My Opera:

1. In the application, select the work you want and click on the “VIEW” button.
2. Select the “GET CODE” option.
3. We’ll show you a multi-character code. Visit the registration area of our website by clicking here and proceed to register by entering the Smart TV code that we have shown you in the application, in the corresponding box on the purchase page.
4. After completing the process on the web, click on “ACCEPT” on your TV. The TV will be linked to your My Opera Player account and you will be able to access our content both through the web and on your Samsung device. All products purchased on the website will be automatically visible on your computer.
