The My Opera Player Gift Card offers access to the platform for six or twelve months, depending on the chosen period.
The gift card is purchased on the Teatro Real page, outside of My Opera Player.
There are two types of cards:
- Physical Card is sent by post.
- Online card: is downloaded immediately from the purchase page.
The card has a code that can be redeemed on the My Opera Player purchase page.
By redeeming the code on the My Opera Player purchase page and clicking on APPLY , 6- or 12-month access will be shown for a fee of €0.
By completing the purchase process, you will get access for €0.
The code can be redeemed for six months from the time of purchase.
With annual or semi-annual access to My Opera Player, once the card has been redeemed, you will be able to access the entire Video Library catalogue, including all live broadcasts within the contracted period.
Card Purchase
The gift card purchase process takes place in the Teatro Real’s own environment, outside of My Opera Player. To do this, you must register or log in to the Teatro Real environment with your own account for that environment.
The access generated by the redemption of the Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Gift Card is only redeemable for your corresponding access to My Opera Player.
The Gift Card is a bearer document, who is responsible for its use.
In case of theft, loss, misplacement or deterioration, the Gift Card will not be replaced.
In no case will changes or returns of the Gift Card be accepted.
Home delivery of the Gift Card is subject to delivery charges. It is recommended to also check the delivery dates.
